Inclusion

Windmill seeks to be an inclusive church community, where all people are equally valued.  We are particularly committed to helping people with specific personal needs and disabilities access Church.  If you or your children are autistic, have sensory needs, mobility difficulties, ADHD or any other consideration you wish to discuss, please contact Laura in confidence and we will do all we can to help.  We serve food during our services and aim to cater for those with special dietary needs in our everyday planning.

Whilst we meet in woodland, the woods are accessible by some mobility scooters and wheelchairs (those that have capability to go over grass and uneven ground), and 4 by 4 vehicle, except in the worst weather conditions.   Due to difficulties for some of our users in accessing the Farm Eco site in Screveton in the winter, we have moved our winter sessions to a more accessible wood near Newark.

There is a portable toilet in Screveton and a compostable toilet at the Stapleford Woods site.
